The App is intended for use in legal racing environments such as closed courses, track days, or other permitted activities. Street racing or illegal use of the App is strictly prohibited.

- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
5. Racing and Wagers
The App facilitates:
- Route creation and race organization
- Performance tracking, lap timing, and time trials
- Ghost car recording and replay challenges
- Social wagers and in-app race betting (non-monetary coins only)
- Outrun head-to-head proximity challenges
- Club, group, and convoy communications
- Convoy pack alerts and emergency alert broadcasting
- Community posts, road alerts, and partner sponsor content
All wagers and bets use in-app coins only and are for entertainment purposes. The App does not facilitate real-money gambling and is not responsible for settling disputes between users regarding wagers or bets.
6. Location Services & Alerts
The App requires access to your device's location services. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of location data for racing, navigation, convoy coordination, outrun challenges, emergency alerts, and road hazard reporting. Emergency alert location data is shared with other race participants solely to coordinate safety responses.
6a. Emergency Alerts
The emergency alert feature is provided as a safety tool only. Triggering false or malicious alerts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. The App is not a substitute for emergency services — always contact local emergency services (e.g. 911) in a real emergency.
7. User Content
You agree not to:
- Post offensive, harmful, or illegal content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share false or misleading information
- Violate other users' privacy or intellectual property rights
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StreetRace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL STREETRACE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
11. Safety Disclaimer
WARNING: Never use this App while driving in a manner that distracts from safe vehicle operation. Always prioritize safety and comply with all traffic laws. The App is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from its use.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
