1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Racers Inc. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. We are committed to:

  • Prohibiting any content, behavior, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
  • Immediately removing any user found to be engaging in CSAE-related activity
  • Permanently banning accounts involved in grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
  • Cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE-related incidents involving our platform

These standards apply to all platform features including race chats, club messages, group conversations, profiles, and any user-generated content.

2. In-App Feedback & Reporting Mechanism

Users can report concerns related to child safety directly within the app:

  • Club & Group Chats — use the flag/report icon on any message
  • Settings → Support — submit a child safety concern via the in-app support form
  • Direct Emailracersteamltd@gmail.com

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Reports involving imminent danger to a child are escalated immediately.

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Racers Inc. has a strict no-tolerance policy for CSAM:

  • CSAM is strictly prohibited on all parts of the platform, including profile images, event photos, club chats, and group messages
  • Any detected or reported CSAM will result in immediate account termination and preservation of evidence
  • We will report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
  • We cooperate with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and relevant authorities globally
  • We reserve the right to use automated and manual review processes to detect CSAM

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Racers Inc. complies with all applicable child safety legislation, including but not limited to:
